California Sexual Harassment Training

This (2) hour course will provide the California healthcare worker with the knowledge and resources to prevent and report sexual harassment.

By the end of this course, you will have the skills to:

✔️ Discuss key California legislation regarding sexual harassment in the healthcare setting.

✔️ Define sexual harassment under California and Federal laws.

✔️ Describe the complaint process in your healthcare facility.

✔️ Differentiate the roles of the manager and staff.

✔️ Discuss the legal remedies and complaint process through the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and provide contact information.
