The purpose of this (1) hour course is to introduce the learner to key concepts for an effective preceptor relationship.

✔️ Describe two important behaviors that are key to the success of the preceptor-preceptee relationship.

✔️ Identify examples of ways to facilitate continuous asking and sharing in the preceptor-preceptee relationship.

✔️ Recognize conditions in a healthcare organization that support effective preceptorship.
