Chicago Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

The purpose of this (2) hour course is to meet the requirements of the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago legislation for sexual harassment prevention training. This course will meet the needs of supervisors and employees.

By the end of this course, you will have the skills to:

✔️ Define sexual harassment consistent with the Illinois Human Rights Act and the City of Chicago Ordinances.

✔️ Identify examples of unlawful sexual harassment.

✔️ Discuss who must take sexual harassment training courses.

✔️ Delineate employers’ responsibility in sexual harassment prevention.

✔️ Discuss penalties for unwanted, unlawful sexual harassment.
