Professional Communication

The purpose of this (2) hour course is to give the healthcare professionals tips and tools to improve oral communication, both with patients and with other health team members. This course showcases the regulatory agencies expectations surrounding effective communication among healthcare works and with patients.

By the end of this course, you will have the skills to:
