By the end of this course, you will have the skills to:

✔️ Describe selected basic concepts, facts, and principles of algebra and mathematics.
✔️ Perform calculations correctly using: Formula (where applicable) and Ratio and proportion.
✔️ Identify advantages and disadvantages of the different calculation methods: Formula (where applicable) and Ratio and proportion.
✔️ Convert correctly between selected units of measure: Within the metric system, Between United States customary measures and the metric system, Between selected cooking measures and the metric system, and Between Celsius (centigrade) and Fahrenheit temperature scales.
