The purpose of this one (1) hour course is to provide you with information about the HIPAA law and its guidelines. This course covers various aspects of confidentiality, communication, record keeping and how it applies in caring for patients. The course also contains useful information about how to manage encounters with Protected Health Information (PHI) in relation to HIPAA and compliance.
